Softener Plant is an appliance that uses sodium chloride, also known as salt, to treat hard water. This plant works through a process called ion exchange which eliminates calcium and magnesium from the water. This is used for removing hard salts and providing suitable water. The water gets hard when it contains more of calcium and magnesium ions.Softener Plant uses the ion exchange process, which is done through the resin, is preferred over others plant as it is one of the best possible methods for removing from water.The process comprises of passing the unrefined water containing hardness through a bed of cation resin in sodium form.
